Security and Loss Prevention Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Security and Loss Prevention Program Manager to join our External Fulfilment team in Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective provision of security services and asset protection across the EMEA Customer Fulfilment environment.
Key Responsibilities- Drive operational and tactical risk-based security programs and projects specific to Customer Fulfilment within EMEA to prevent theft and losses.
- Develop risk-based as well as cost-effective security solutions and engage internal and external stakeholders to implement the security solutions.
- Create security standards, programs, assessments, and procedures and collaborate with key regional stakeholders for their consistent implementation.
- Ensure compliance to security standards and requirements, partner with stakeholders to implement effective audit programs to detect, prevent, and mitigate Customer Fulfilment losses, and follow up on definition and implementation of corrective action plans.
- Contribute to reducing business losses from security incidents by identifying and understanding vulnerabilities, MOs, and implementing appropriate protection measures.
Our Security and Loss Prevention team secures the Amazon supply chain end-to-end and promotes security across business. We work closely with our stakeholders to develop and implement risk mitigation programs to prevent Security and Loss Prevention-related risks and vulnerabilities within the Customer Fulfilment environment as early as possible.
Requirements- A degree or degree equivalent (e.g., business, project management, military, law enforcement, finance).
- Relevant experience within retail, supply chain, compliance, operations, or auditing.
- Relevant experience delivering projects or programs at national or international scale.
- Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment, AI, SQL.
- Upper intermediate proficiency in written and verbal English.
- Relevant industry certification (e.g., CPP, TAPA, ISO, AEO, C-TPAT, LPC).
- Relevant experience in multi-site/country environment managing security and loss prevention in logistics or transportation.
- Relevant experience with conducting physical security risk assessments.
- Relevant experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
- Ability to interact with all levels of leadership within the organization to drive consensus regarding new solutions, policies, and procedures.
