Your Role

We are in search of a Data Project Leader to become part of our Delivery team. As the head of data deployment initiatives, you will be accountable for ensuring timely project completion, adherence to budget constraints, and the quality of deliverables. Strong leadership and management capabilities are crucial for this position.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the complete project lifecycle, from initial planning to final production deployment
  • Collaborating closely with technical teams and stakeholders to define and formalize client requirements
  • Estimating project phases, identifying necessary competencies, creating timelines, and managing resource distribution
  • Diligently monitoring expenses, schedules, and risks, addressing any discrepancies promptly
  • Maintaining an up-to-date quality assurance strategy
  • Leading project teams, ensuring motivation and performance evaluation
  • Ensuring the quality of deliverables by supervising testing, feature validation, and compliance
  • Contributing to process enhancement and project management methodologies
  • Providing regular updates on progress and results

Your Skills

As a Data Project Leader, you should possess expertise in project management methodologies and related tools, as well as conflict resolution skills in project environments.

You should also have:

  • Strong business analysis capabilities, translating business needs into technical specifications
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of data projects and data modeling principles
  • Proficiency in data architectures and query languages
  • Excellent communication skills, acting as the primary client liaison and managing change requests

Your Profile

You hold a degree in Computer Science or a related discipline and have a minimum of five years of project management experience, ideally in Data platform integration. Your history should reflect the ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and demonstrate strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
