As a key member of our team, you will provide essential educational, technical, and pedagogical support to families facing various challenges. Your role will involve direct intervention at the homes of families requiring assistance, implementing prevention and integration actions to empower vulnerable individuals and households.
Your Responsibilities:- Deliver comprehensive educational, technical, and pedagogical guidance to families experiencing difficulties.
- Conduct home visits to provide personalized support and interventions.
- Develop and implement preventative measures and integration strategies for vulnerable families.
- Possess a State Diploma in Social and Family Intervention or an equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of social intervention projects, daily living skills, and family support methodologies.
- Exhibit excellent communication and writing abilities.
- Display qualities such as autonomy, adaptability, empathy, discretion, professionalism, active listening, and initiative.
