We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Project Manager to join our dedicated team within the Geotechnical Structures Tunnels Department.
Responsibilities- Ensure projects adhere to strict requirements regarding cost, schedule, quality, safety, and performance standards.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients by providing expert advice, timely information updates, and proactive alerts on potential issues.
- Implement robust quality management processes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage all aspects of project administration, including defining project mandates, developing comprehensive project management plans, and generating clear and concise reports.
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Oversee production activities, ensuring efficient execution and adherence to established timelines.
- Proactively identify and manage potential project risks, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
- Provide technical expertise on projects, contributing to informed decision-making and problem-solving.
- Participate actively in technical discussions related to construction methods, ensuring the selection of optimal solutions.
- Offer comprehensive technical support throughout the project implementation phase.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience.
• In-depth understanding of engineering principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with Eurocodes and international building codes.
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English. Additional language proficiency is a valuable asset.
