Educational Monitor

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as an Educational Monitor. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong commitment to supporting the development and well-being of children and young people.
Key Responsibilities- Accompany and support children in their daily lives, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with families, social services, schools, and other stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive support to children and young people.
- Use internal procedures and communication tools to ensure effective information sharing and record-keeping.
- Produce written reports and updates on children's progress, submitting them to management in a timely manner.
- Utilize technology to communicate and develop projects, ensuring seamless transmission of written reports via OGIRYS.
- Experience working with children and young people in an administrative or judicial context within a MECS setting.
- Ability to analyze and manage challenging behaviors, ensuring the safety and well-being of all parties involved.
- Capacity to think creatively and develop personalized plans to support children's social and professional development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations.
- Valid driving license.
