About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Listing Admissions team as an Equity Admission Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling the admission process of Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) on Euronext markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in kick-off meetings with company management and their advisors to discuss IPO plans and requirements.
  • Assess companies applying for admission to Euronext markets based on various criteria, including legal, compliance, business model, strategy, shareholder structure, management, and financial situation.
  • Review and analyze documentation related to the admission process, including information documents and prospectuses.
  • Prepare and present recommendations to the Listing Committee/Euronext Listing Board for admission projects.
  • Provide guidance and support to companies considering admission to Euronext markets.
  • Assess companies applying for accreditation as Listing Sponsors.
  • Contribute to the improvement of the listing process across all Euronext locations, including simplification and harmonization of market rules.

Requirements

  • Final year of Master's degree in Law and/or Business School.
  • Good understanding of Equity Capital Markets.
  • Rigorous and autonomous individual with excellent drafting and analytical skills.
  • Creative problem solver with good communication skills, listening, and speaking abilities.
  • Results-oriented and team-spirited mindset.
  • Perfect command of French and English.
  • Norwegian and/or Dutch language skills are an asset.
  • Ability to work in a pan-European/cross-border environment.
