About the Role

We are seeking an experienced OEM Sales Engineer to join our team at Oxford Instruments Andor. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our OEM customers in the EMEA territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets in the EMEA territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the OEM Sales Manager and Head of Segment Sales, to develop territory action plans and achieve sales goals.
  • Utilize CRM platforms and MS Office apps to manage sales activities and track performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Life Sciences, Materials Sciences, Chemistry, or Physics.
  • 3+ years of sales experience with technical scientific products, including spectroscopy or confocal microscopy.
  • 2+ years of experience managing OEM customers and developing territory-specific sales strategies.
  • Extensive experience with CRM platforms and proficiency with MS Office apps.
