Key Responsibilities:
- Develop financial models in Excel to evaluate investment opportunities and present findings to the investment committee.
- Build and maintain relationships with partners, brokers, developers, and investors to identify new business opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and prepare forecasts on real estate values and potential investments.
- Assist in managing and coordinating investment due diligence, including visits to properties and analysis of documents.
- Negotiate re/financing with local banks and prepare committee files.
- Implement strategies defined by the investment committee, monitoring service providers and ensuring the proper conservation and value of buildings.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in finance, real estate, or a related field.
- At least 3-4 years of experience in acquisition or valuation in a real estate company.
- Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Fluent in English, with another European language a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with various players in the real estate industry.
