Investment Banking Division
We are seeking interns to bolster the activities of our Investment Banking Division within two of our specialized teams:
1) Technology (Software)
2) Smart Industry (Energy Transition & Sustainability and Industrial Tech)
Our Investment Banking Division has established itself as a leader in advising growth companies on strategic financial transactions, including M&A, ECM, and Private Placements.
Responsibilities
The intern will be engaged in:
· Managing a diverse range of deal types such as M&A, IPOs, Public Takeovers, and Private Placements for European and international growth companies
· Creating client presentations, including pitches, teasers, information memorandums, management presentations, and valuation reports
· Conducting financial analyses, modeling, and valuations (LBO, DCF, trading peers, transaction comps, etc.)
· Supporting the deal team in transaction execution (engaging with investors, conducting due diligence, managing Q&A, tracking processes)
· Completing additional tasks such as corporate presentations, sector analyses, and investor lists
Bryan, Garnier & Co is looking for talented students with strong analytical, quantitative, and interpersonal skills.
