Key Responsibilities- Raise awareness and provide training on security issues to operational and business unit management
- Manage SOC services, including threat intelligence, security monitoring, vulnerability management, and crisis support
- Develop strategy for SOC services and manage outsourced and in-house SOC services for detection quality continuous improvement and SLA performance
- Define SOC evolution phases, incident & vulnerability management policy, processes, and tools
- Integrate new sources and detection rules within the SOC and validate incident response process from SOC detections with our IT support levels and IT teams
- Manage security operation activities, including service outsourced, and lead SOC run operations and liaise with IT & business teams
- Propose a Security Assurance Plan to describe the security arrangements for a service which may be annexed to a contract
- Assess resources and make recommendations, define security norms and standards, and coordinate continuous improvement projects on security processes and tools
- Ensure that security is included in project definitions within their scope and may lead the corresponding bodies
- Anticipate and propose changes within their area of responsibility and capitalize on all feedback, including security incidents
- Follow up on regulatory and technical developments in their field and look out for any changes needed to ensure the IS software and hardware remains secure
- Assess risks, threats, and consequences and establish the prevention plan and take technical and/or organizational measures to monitor and assess security and react to attacks
- Take immediate protective measures in the event of an incident and prepare and implement an IT continuity and an IT recovery plan
- Carry out the necessary analyses to understand a problem and implement the necessary measures to solve a problem
- Master's Degree in a major business school or engineering school or top-class University
- Proficient in Incident Management and Response
- In-depth knowledge of security concepts such as cyber-attacks and techniques, threat vectors, and risk management
- A plus would be certifications related to CyberSecurity or Information Security (ISO 2700x/27032, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent)
- Knowledge of Network design
- SOC organization and operations experience
- Knowledge of ITIL disciplines
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English and French
