Join our teacher recruitment team in the Île-de-France region, a hub of collaboration, networking, and exciting challenges:

Based in Clichy, our team focuses on sourcing educators for the entire Île-de-France area. Comprising 8 dedicated members, we are eager to welcome a new colleague to tackle the forthcoming challenges.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Crafting and publishing job advertisements
  • Identifying candidates across various job platforms
  • Conducting preliminary phone interviews
  • Independently managing one-on-one interviews
  • Overseeing administrative duties related to teacher onboarding
  • Collaborating with Anacours agencies to clarify recruitment requirements
  • Establishing partnerships with educational institutions
  • Organizing and participating in career fairs, forums, and networking events

We seek a dynamic, persuasive, and adaptable individual with strong interpersonal skills. You should hold a BAC + 2/ + 3 degree and have a proven track record in recruitment or education. Compensation and Benefits:

Monthly gross salary of 2,100 euros for a full-time fixed-term contract.
