Job Summary

We are looking for a Cuisinier.ère to join our team in a collective restaurant in Chatou (78), near Rueil Malmaison and Saint Germain en Laye, in the Yvelines department. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving meals to our customers in a school establishment with 1,200 covers.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook balanced meals and culinary preparations using fresh ingredients.
• Ensure the smooth operation of the self-service area and participate in the service.
• Participate in the cleaning and maintenance of the premises and equipment.
• Develop strong relationships with our customers and clients.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.

Organizational and Work Environment

• This position requires working Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 3:00 pm.
• This position is available immediately.
• The salary for this position, which is a CDI intermittent 35h in a collective restaurant, will be negotiated based on experience.
• This position involves working in a cold environment, lifting heavy loads (up to 20 kg), and standing for long periods.
• Mathematical skills and the ability to weigh ingredients accurately are essential for this role.
• Basic arithmetic skills, writing, conversion, and reading are necessary for this position.
