Farfetch is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver an outstanding in-store experience for clients
- Meet and exceed individual and collective sales targets
- Build and nurture customer relationships to foster brand loyalty
- Ensure high standards of after-sales service to maintain customer satisfaction
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales within luxury fashion
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in using computer systems
- In-depth knowledge of high fashion trends
