EN-CORE is a start-up based in Grenoble that designs and manufactures intelligent DRAM memory. Their product is a 32-bit processor with a proprietary instruction set that allows for data processing within the memory itself. This technology is scalable and addresses the datacenter market, where reducing CPU load is crucial. EN-CORE has successfully reduced processing time by 15% and energy consumption by implementing their technology.
The company currently commercializes its own memory bars in the DIM format, integrating their DRAM-CPU circuits.
About the position :You will join the team to establish a structured verification activity. On a technical level, you will be responsible for verification activities, including IP and top-level verification (SV, UVM), evolution of the existing UVM bench, and analysis of CDC and formal verification activities. This position will place you in a leadership role, and you will be expected to create and manage your team, participating in recruitment interviews.
You will work closely with other team leaders, particularly the design team, to whom you can provide recommendations for design improvements.
Profile :This position is suitable for a team leader in verification, either current or aspiring. Three essential qualities are required for success in this role:
- Technical experience in ASIC design and verification, with a focus on UVM and CPU-related topics.
- Ability to establish, lead, and evolve a small team of verification engineers.
- Desire to structure a complete activity.
