About the Role
- Key Account Management: Develop and execute tailored solutions for key customers, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customers at local and national levels, coordinating the engagement of our organization with theirs.
- Customer Needs Clarification: Consult with customers to identify their outcomes and develop solutions that meet their mid- to long-term needs.
- Sell Customer Propositions: Lead a cross-functional team to configure complex solutions and contractual terms that meet customer needs.
- Promoting Customer Focus: Develop internal marketing plans to improve relationships and build strong external customer relationships.
- Customer Relationship Development/Prospecting: Develop relationship management plans for complex potential customer accounts.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Data: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of CRM systems.
- Sales Opportunities Creation: Develop a personal network within the business sector and represent the organization at events.
- Operational Compliance: Monitor and review performance to identify and resolve non-compliance with policies and regulatory codes.
- Personal Capability Building: Act as a subject matter expert in an area of technology, policy, regulation, or operational management.

Education
Master's Degree or Equivalent Level
General Experience
Substantial general work experience together with comprehensive job-related experience in own area of expertise to fully competent level (Over 6 years to 10 years).
Managerial Experience
Experience of planning and managing resources to deliver predetermined objectives as specified by more senior managers (Over 3 years to 6 years).
