Role Overview
Anaplan is seeking a talented Lead Applications Architect to join our Sales Performance Management (SPM) Application team. This role involves working within autonomous Scrum teams that prioritize collaboration, innovation, and transparency. Key Responsibilities
- Design, architect, and develop sales model templates, including Sales Planning and Capacity Planning, utilizing Anaplan while adhering to industry best practices to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
- Exhibit versatility by taking on various roles within projects, such as collaborating with product owners to refine requirements, creating comprehensive test scripts, building models, documenting processes, and conducting enablement sessions to equip stakeholders with the skills necessary for effective Anaplan solution utilization.
- Transform template models into customizable solutions that meet unique customer requirements while ensuring scalability and efficiency in alignment with Anaplan best practices.
- Work closely with the Operational Excellence Group (OEG) to optimize Anaplan models, ensuring superior performance and scalability by applying recommended methodologies.
- Foster a collaborative team environment by actively participating in discussions, sharing knowledge, and contributing to the overall success of the team and projects.
- Engage with platform teams, cross-functional teams, partners, customers, and professional services to ensure seamless integration and successful implementation of Anaplan solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Anaplan Solution Architect, with a strong background in implementations and model-building.
- Domain knowledge in Sales Performance Management (SPM) is advantageous, enhancing the ability to address specific sales-related challenges.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Dynamics 365 (D365) is beneficial for deeper integration within Anaplan solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to guide a team towards successful project completion.
- Experience collaborating with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to meet application roadmap objectives.
- A certified Master Anaplanner is required.
