Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager Component MRO to join our team at Airbus Helicopters. As a key member of our Component MRO Contracts department, you will be responsible for leading and managing a portfolio of contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction and financial profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a dedicated contract portfolio, ensuring customer satisfaction and financial profitability.
  • Monitor quality and performance of the business through KPIs, and define/supervise recovery action plans if needed.
  • Liaise with all stakeholders, including Sales Manager, Logistics, Customer Centers, Network, Repair Administration, and Finance, to ensure contractual performance.
  • Organize contract kick-off meetings and contract reviews.
  • Prepare and implement contractual changes, including amendments, changes of scope, and renewals.
  • Support the bid/sales manager with contractual negotiation, as needed.
Contract Profitability
  • Manage contract financial commitments, including support for invoicing and monitoring margin.
  • Challenge and monitor costs, including risks and opportunities, and propose evolution to the commercial policy.
  • Decide on complex commercial arbitration and commercial gestures, and contribute to the preparation and follow-up of the operational plan.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Support & Services, Offers, Sales, or Program management.
  • Experience in Contract Management is a plus.
  • MRO business understanding.
  • Customer-oriented.
  • Good financial skills.
  • Rigorous and autonomous, with strong communication skills and the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
Language Skills
  • English: negotiation.
  • French: advanced.
Security Clearance

This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
