About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Development Manager to join our team at Amadeus. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of software development engineers, business analysts, and quality engineers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of software development engineers, business analysts, and quality engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Define and share the technical/functional team roadmap and vision according to the department/division/company objectives.
  • Report on team activities and be accountable for the performance and results of a unit within own discipline or function.
  • Develop plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges.
  • Collaborate with other software development, architecture, solutions, and QA teams to ensure that software systems are designed for testability, stability, scalability, and performance.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in team management in the hospitality sector or in a technical role in UI (developer, QA engineer or product definition analyst ideally).
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Accountability/Business acumen: Define and share the technical/functional team roadmap and vision according to the department/division/company objectives.
  • Technical excellence: Timely manage the investigation and resolution of production support issues and customer inquiries.
  • Communication: Ensure timely and appropriate communication to team members regarding company/organization information.
