Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer to join our team, responsible for developing and maintaining our internal tools and backend systems. As a key member of our development team, you will play a crucial role in empowering our operational teams with efficient tools, reducing shadow IT, and enhancing data quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy new and existing Odoo modules, focusing on supply management and invoicing.
  • Connect our various business SAAS systems via API.
  • Collaborate with other teams to achieve their missions and support business objectives.
Some of the Projects We Have on the Roadmap
  • Integrate our ERP (Odoo) with our CRM (Hubspot).
  • Reduce the time it takes to generate all B2B invoices to less than 5 days per month.
  • Migrate our ERP from version 14 to version 16.
  • Deploy and customize additional Odoo modules, such as car fleet management or the maintenance app.
Our Development Environment

Our team uses a hybrid methodology, combining Kanban and Shape Up, to balance stakeholder needs with code maintenance. We run 6-week Kanban cycles followed by a 2-week cool-down for addressing technical roadmap.

Requirements
  • Graduated from an engineering school with at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Experience in backend and internal tools development.
  • Proficiency in Python and knowledge of NodeJS/React.
  • Curiosity and ability to step out of your comfort zone.
  • Ability to write simple, tested, and maintainable code.
  • Experience in scaling issues and/or the food or logistics sector is a plus.
