Position Overview:
Role: As a Corporate Law Associate, you will be an integral part of our dedicated team, focusing on high-value transactions, mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring.
Clientele: Our clientele primarily consists of rapidly expanding mid-sized enterprises, requiring comprehensive legal support from day-to-day operations to complex governance and structural challenges.

Compensation Package:
- Independent contractor status
- Competitive remuneration based on experience, excluding bonuses:
- Entry-level: €45k to €57k;
- Experienced candidates: €60k to €78k.
