About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Mechanic to join our team at BestDrive. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our vehicles and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on light vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues, using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify potential problems and recommend preventative maintenance.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics, including electrical and hydraulic systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle.
