About the Role
The ADN Technology Representative is a key position within INVISTA Operations, serving as the primary point of contact between INVISTA and the Butachimie Joint Venture. This role is responsible for providing technology support, IP protection, operations support, EHS performance, and transformation strategies to ensure the successful execution of INVISTA's interests.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the Butachimie Joint Venture adheres to ADN IP protection practices, meeting INVISTA's expectations.
- Lead the implementation of best practices for running the INVISTA ADN technology.
- Develop and share knowledge to assist Butachimie in implementing Digital Transformation elements, enhancing long-term value creation.
- Establish governance processes to guarantee Butachimie successfully fulfills its primary missions.
- Collaborate with the Gérant and his staff to provide effective leadership of Butachimie Operations.
- Participate in Chalampé site management processes to support the Venture's manufacturing mission, including Health and Safety, Environmental, Production, performance reviews, technical and reliability committees, major project, and turnaround steering teams.
- Provide ongoing support to operations and seek continuous improvements in technology.
- Additional responsibilities as needed to support Butachimie.
- Elevate issues and raise improvement opportunities around the venture.
- Challenge project and T/A scope to meet the needs of the venture and the partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in highly hazardous operations.
- Knowledge of the ADN process.
- Ability to set high standards through influence of a 3rd party.
- Experience with INVISTA internal capabilities, such as R&D, Operations, to resolve technical conflicts.
- Flexibility to work with different company/country cultural differences to create efficient operations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in French.
- Deep knowledge of the ADN process.
- Extensive experience effectively communicating with all levels of the organization.
- Experience leading through influence.
