Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and monitor merchandising activities with a business-oriented approach.
  • Support and grow the merchandising team, ensuring success in their tasks and focusing on their professional development.
  • Ensure store teams are provided with and using all relevant visual merchandising guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Proven luxury retail experience required, with a minimum of 3 to 5 years in a similar role.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Proactivity, flexibility, and initiative are essential.
  • Fluent in French and English languages.
