Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transport Operations Manager to join our team at Jacky Perrenot. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for managing a team of drivers and ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of drivers on regional and national routes
  • Coordinate with multiple clients to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods
  • Plan and optimize transportation routes to minimize costs and maximize productivity
  • Monitor and control driver activities, including time spent on the road and expenses
  • Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during transportation operations
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in transportation management
  • Strong knowledge of regional geography and transportation laws
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Conditions

  • Full-time position with a 35-hour workweek
