Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Technician for Social and Family Intervention to join our team. As a TISF, you will work closely with families to provide emotional and practical support, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Emotional Support

Offer a listening ear and provide emotional support to families, helping them to cope with difficult situations and make informed decisions.

Assist with Daily Tasks

Help families with daily tasks such as household chores, meal preparation, and personal care, promoting independence and self-sufficiency.

Develop Family Dynamics

Work with families to develop positive relationships and communication skills, promoting a supportive and loving environment.

Support Education and Development

Assist families in accessing educational resources and supporting the development of children, promoting their physical, emotional, and cognitive growth.

Provide Social and Professional Support

Help families access social services, provide guidance on administrative tasks, and support them in achieving their social and professional goals.

Prevent Violence and Maltraitance

Work with families to prevent violence and maltraitance, promoting a safe and supportive environment for all members.

Requirements
  • Qualifications

Diplôme TISF or equivalent qualification.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse families and individuals.

Experience

Previous experience in social work or a related field, with a strong understanding of family dynamics and social issues.

Personal Qualities

Autonomy, organization, discretion, and adaptability, with a strong sense of empathy and compassion.
