About the Role
As a Boucher Vendeur at Grand Frais, you will be part of a dynamic team that values the quality of our products. Our company culture emphasizes a strong approach to business, allowing for interesting career development opportunities. With a national presence, Grand Frais is expanding its operations by recruiting a CDI contract for our Perpignan store (66): a Butcher Sales Professional (H/F) - Diploma: at least CAP Boucher - Experience: 1 year in a similar role - Status: 35-hour worker - Attractive remuneration with a 13th month bonus, interest, and participation - Store opening on Sundays until 13:00.
Key Responsibilities
- Knowledge of various meat cuts and pieces
- Mastery of meat cutting techniques
- Mastery of sanitary (DLC, traceability), hygiene, and safety rules
- Excellent communication and sales skills (customer contact and departure, listening, and advising)
- Able to share passion for meat with customers
- Comfortable with computer technology
Job Description
You will be fully involved in the store's daily life, specifically:
- Preparing products (deboning, cutting, and packaging) in accordance with cutting sheets
- Developing butcher preparations
- Applying internal work procedures (traceability, DLC)
- Placing products in baskets and labeling them before displaying them in the meat, poultry, and charcuterie sections
- Fostering sales by retaining customers
- Completing end-of-shift and cleaning tasks
