The company specializes in the distribution of industrial products, offering a comprehensive array of components and systems in pneumatic, hydraulic, process control, automation, and intralogistics technologies. Over the years, they have expanded their focus to include the design, implementation, installation, and maintenance of systems within industrial settings.
We are currently seeking a Product Manager specializing in Automation to oversee our automation and control sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to management, you will be tasked with driving sales for a selection of premier brand products represented by VALEXANE. Your responsibilities will encompass two interrelated domains:
Sales Strategy and Management:
- Identify growth opportunities aligned with the strategic plan, explore new prospects, establish commercial policies, and execute promotional initiatives.
- Conduct market assessments and onboard new suppliers, products, and associated services.
- Educate sales teams on the latest automation and control products or services.
- Evaluate and present sales performance during commercial meetings.
Technical Assistance:
- Deliver technical guidance to sales teams for both technical and commercial proposals.
- Assist sales teams and industrial clients in pre-sales processes for new projects.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess a technical background in industrial automation, complemented by both technical and commercial experience. Strong skills in market analysis and the ability to cultivate long-term partnerships with suppliers are crucial. Excellent communication skills, the capability to lead sales teams as a technical authority, organizational skills, and a willingness to travel frequently to various branches are essential attributes.
