Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees across various platforms.
  • Draft and prepare employment-related documents (contracts, amendments, and correspondence).
  • Manage the scheduling of medical appointments and the organization of health documentation.
  • Handle order processing, receipt management, and invoice verification, including tracking of invoices.
  • Gather and compile necessary information for the payroll department (bonuses, deductions, etc.).
  • Provide assistance to HR personnel and managers on a range of topics (CSE, correspondence, etc.).
  • Maintain and update HR databases and mailing lists.
  • Engage in HR communication initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

  • You are pursuing a degree (bac + 4 or 5) in Human Resources. Previous professional experience is advantageous.
  • Preferred alternating schedule that allows consistent weekly presence in the organization.
  • Essential skills include: attention to detail, organizational abilities, confidentiality, teamwork, independence, and a good command of English is appreciated.
