Core Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate initiatives aimed at enhancing the care and welfare of youth, ensuring top-notch educational assistance.
- Develop and implement tailored projects for young individuals in partnership with relevant organizations.
- Facilitate team meetings, manage schedules, and ensure effective team coordination.
- Foster the professional development of team members and streamline service operations.
- Act as the representative of the organization to institutional partners, establishing cultural, academic, social, and sports collaborations for the benefit of the youth.
Qualifications
Essential: Possession of CAFERUIS (Certificate of Aptitude for the Functions of Supervision and Manager of Social Intervention Unit) or an equivalent qualification.
Experience in management, particularly within the child protection sector.
Excellent written communication abilities and proficiency in office software. A valid driver's license is required for this position.
Position Details
- Full-time permanent role, available for immediate engagement.
- Attractive salary commensurate with experience, aligned with CCN66 regulations, alongside additional perks such as meal vouchers and health insurance.
- Position based in Courbevoie with travel required within the department, company vehicle provided.
