Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Lyon, France.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer the Information Systems for the Division, which encompasses 12 locations both domestically and internationally.
- Oversee the installation and upkeep of IT infrastructure, including workstations, telephony systems, and network devices, while managing inventory and equipment lifecycle.
- Deliver primary user support (from Level 1 to Level 3) for IT-related issues, including ticketing, incident documentation, and backup management.
- Maintain and enhance network infrastructure, including switches, ESX servers, firewalls, and Active Directory, along with managing the VM Datacenter.
- Monitor and improve the reliability and efficiency of the division's IT assets.
- Assist IT representatives at various sites to ensure seamless operations.
Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will possess a higher education in IT and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar capacity within the industrial sector.
Essential Skills:
- Proficient in LAN, WAN, and VLAN networking.
- Experience with Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
- Familiarity with NAGIOS monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of Windows Server environments.
- Experience with VMware and Veeam technologies.
- Understanding of Kaspersky security solutions.
- Fluency in English is required.
Personal Attributes: We are looking for an autonomous, detail-oriented, innovative, and collaborative individual.
Travel Requirements: This role may involve travel within France and internationally.
