About the position:

DOMINO RH is in search of Team Leaders for Industrial Maintenance for one of its esteemed clients. Operating on a 3*8 shift schedule from Monday to Friday, with the possibility of weekend shifts, you will oversee a team of technicians responsible for executing both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. Your role will encompass coordinating maintenance operations, ensuring adherence to HSEQ standards, spearheading continuous improvement projects, monitoring contract KPIs, and more.

Candidate profile:

Possess a technical background in industrial maintenance with relevant field experience - Required electrical certifications: B2V, BR, BC - Strong technical proficiency in machine tool maintenance, electrotechnics, mechanical systems, and hydraulics - Familiarity with automation is advantageous - Experience in operational management - A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills - Detail-oriented and meticulous.
