Job Title: Global Marketing Manager Prescription

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Marketing Manager to join our team at Aptar Pharma. As a key member of our global Operational Marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our portfolio of RX drug delivery solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute global marketing strategies to support the RX business strategy, including digital marketing, external communications, thought leadership, advertising, events, and product launches.
  2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Business Development Managers, Innovation teams, Sales, and Division President to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing plans.
  3. Manage and develop 1 direct report to support business needs and objectives and deliver the MarCom plans.
  4. Manage external suppliers and agencies to ensure effective delivery of marketing services.
  5. Develop and manage RX budgets for assigned Business Categories and projects.

Requirements:

  1. Business degree or comparable education in Lifesciences and/or Marketing.
  2. 10 years experience in marketing and communications in the pharma / medical device market or other B2B industry in scientific, project management, management, innovation, marketing and/or communications capacities.
  3. Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, marketing plans, campaigns, digital marketing projects.
  4. English fluency required, both oral and written.
  5. Strong project management, organizational and budget management skills.
  6. Ability to multi-task/project manage multiple projects and timelines at a time.
  7. Attention to detail / proactive problem solving.
  8. Ability to manage high-level partner relationships.
  9. IT skills (MS office), and experience using Generative AI for content creation.

Travel and Location:

Regular travel required – primarily for Business Development Management meetings, to visit manufacturing sites and to attend key trade shows and conferences. Position based out of Paris, France area or southern Germany (Radolfzell/ Eigeltingen) area. Possibility for remote working to be agreed-upon based on Aptar remote working policy.
