Role Overview:We are seeking a skilled individual to contribute to the organization of our Key Accounts team as Agicap transitions to a more strategic market approach. This pivotal role involves extensive interaction with clients and coordination across various internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Developing a new implementation strategy for our strategic accounts.
- Leading and organizing kick-off meetings for the onboarding of new key accounts.
- Overseeing and coordinating technical processes for the customization of solutions.
- Facilitating team collaboration.
- Working closely with internal departments, including customer service, product management, and IT, to ensure successful implementation.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for all communications related to strategic accounts.
- Enhancing the project management capabilities of the current team.
- A degree from a prestigious business or engineering school.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in management consulting, financial consulting, or as a project manager for deployment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to engage and motivate project stakeholders.

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
