Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled individual to contribute to the organization of our Key Accounts team as Agicap transitions to a more strategic market approach. This pivotal role involves extensive interaction with clients and coordination across various internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Developing a new implementation strategy for our strategic accounts.
  2. Leading and organizing kick-off meetings for the onboarding of new key accounts.
  3. Overseeing and coordinating technical processes for the customization of solutions.
  4. Facilitating team collaboration.
  5. Working closely with internal departments, including customer service, product management, and IT, to ensure successful implementation.
  6. Acting as the primary point of contact for all communications related to strategic accounts.
  7. Enhancing the project management capabilities of the current team.
Candidate Profile:
  • A degree from a prestigious business or engineering school.
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in management consulting, financial consulting, or as a project manager for deployment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to engage and motivate project stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and project management expertise.
  • Interest in financial matters and cash management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Adaptability to a high-growth environment.
  • Experience working with diverse teams across various functions.
  • Fluency in French and proficiency in English.
