Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiver Assistant to join our team at ADMR. As a Caregiver Assistant, you will provide essential support to individuals in their homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
  • Accompany individuals on outings and provide transportation as needed
  • Prepare meals and snacks, and assist with household chores
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals
  • Monitor and report any changes in an individual's condition or behavior
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
