Job Description: HVAC Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and optimization of various HVAC systems, ensuring their efficient operation and client satisfaction.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance on air conditioning units, boilers, and heating equipment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in HVAC systems, identifying necessary repairs or adjustments.
  • Optimize system performance to ensure energy efficiency and cost savings for clients.
  • Clean and replace components as needed to maintain optimal system functionality.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and industry best practices during all maintenance activities.
  • Prepare detailed reports documenting service visits, repairs performed, and any identified issues.

Qualifications:

  • Proven technical training in energy/climate engineering or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Valid refrigerant handling certification.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service abilities.
