Technology & Digital Solutions (T&DS)
Mandated by the Mazars Global Executive Board, the Technology & Digital Solutions team is spearheading Mazars' digital transformation to unlock the next phase of growth. This transformation aims to facilitate seamless collaboration across regions and provide scalable service offerings to clients in a secure, modern, and sustainable manner. Consequently, Mazarians will experience a streamlined process and deliver enhanced value to clients daily.
To achieve these objectives, the Technology & Digital Solutions transformation program seeks to consolidate IT operations from a multi-local framework across 99+ countries into a cohesive global model. This encompasses the design of infrastructure and operating models necessary to support Mazars' business, personnel, and clients now and in the future.

Position ResponsibilitiesWe are in search of a DevOps Engineer to:
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the deployment of solutions, which includes both applications and infrastructure, through hands-on execution or collaboration with third-party support.
- Ensure that the deployment of new solutions adheres to Global IT Enterprise Architectural standards.
- Facilitate the transition of solutions to relevant service management teams by preparing appropriate documentation and providing necessary training.
- Envision, design, develop, deploy, and enhance CI and CD systems for our cloud applications.
- Write Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using industry-standard tools and services.
- Create application deployment automation utilizing industry-standard deployment and configuration tools.
- Provide support and daily administration for deployed solutions.
- Manage incident resolution activities related to global solutions and coordinate with third-party support partners until resolution.
- Monitor deployed solutions to ensure optimal performance.
- Oversee patching, upgrades, and service packs for computing components.
- Maintain relevant documentation throughout the lifecycle of solutions, ensuring it remains current.
- Proficiency in English and at least one other European language (e.g., French, Dutch, Spanish).
- Strong understanding of IT best practices and design patterns.
- Extensive knowledge of (hybrid) cloud concepts and technologies, preferably with Azure and Microsoft technologies, including governance, monitoring, IAM, storage, serverless infrastructure, and container concepts.
- Proven experience in building continuous delivery processes, including version management, automation, and infrastructure as code.
- Familiarity with Bicep.
- A curious mindset with a quick aptitude for learning new concepts and a keen attention to detail.
- A desire to enhance skills and embrace new challenges.
- AZ-104, AZ-900 preferred.
- AZ-400 highly desired.
