Lead Marine Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Marine Maintenance Specialist to join our team at SPIE Oil & Gas Services in Ras Laffan, Qatar.
This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong background in marine mechanical maintenance and repair. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the oil and gas or petrochemical industry, with a proven track record of successfully supervising and managing maintenance activities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and executing maintenance activities on marine mechanical equipment and facilities, including pipelines. They will also be expected to work closely with other teams to ensure seamless operations and maintain high levels of safety and quality.
In addition to their technical expertise, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
