We are seeking an experienced Operations Management Consultant to join our team in Western Europe. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our Purpose of saving lives and creating a sustainable future for our clients, employees, and communities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of experienced consultants and subject matter experts to identify and address client safety and productivity challenges.
- Work directly with clients to identify pain points and develop effective solutions to meet their needs.
- Lead the delivery of solutions in safety culture and/or behavioral-based safety, process safety management, or operational excellence.
- Develop and implement work plans to mobilize the team and deliver effectively.
- Build the capabilities of team members and deliver better value to clients.
- Manage project delivery and cultivate client relationships.
- Hold a degree/master's degree in engineering or a business-related field.
- Have experience in management consulting with previous exposure to operational risk management, operational excellence, safety, and/or culture change.
- Be able to manage diverse and remote teams of consultants and guide them to achieve business and client objectives.
- Have a deep understanding of subject matters around safety or operational excellence and be able to leverage it externally.
- Have excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
