Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Superviseur HSE to join our team at Intérim Qualité LE HAVRE. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of safety and compliance on our sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and risks
- Develop and implement effective safety procedures and protocols
- Collaborate with site managers and supervisors to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Provide training and guidance to site personnel on safety procedures and protocols
- Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
- Develop and maintain safety documentation and records
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure safety is integrated into all aspects of our operations
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a safety-related role
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
