About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Power BI Test Engineer to join our team at N-iX. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of our sales teams, with a focus on supporting our company's digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop data and analytics programs to drive business insights and decision-making.
  • Work with SQL Server to create and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.
  • Develop and execute testing strategies for functional, integration, regression, smoke/sanity, acceptance, system testing, and non-functional testing, including performance and migration testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data ingestion, validation, and transformation testing, as well as data reconciliation across the data layer.
  • Work with large volumes of structured and unstructured data to identify trends and insights.
  • Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of SQL Server, including database design, development, and performance tuning.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and data governance best practices.
  • Test and validate custom Power BI visuals to ensure they meet business requirements.
