About the Role
As a Marketing Assistant, you will work closely with the EMEA marketing team to analyze brand performance, competition landscape, and collaborate with our Global team based in Los Angeles and our affiliates across the EMEA region. Your responsibilities will include:
- Monthly sales analysis by market and product category
- Support on the preparation of FY24-26 marketing plans
- Monthly competition and trends analysis
- Daily support to EMEA affiliates and Global teams
- Preparation of regional meetings and events
- Regional and Local specific projects
About You
We're looking for a DOER with an entrepreneurial mindset, a DREAMER who thinks they can make anything happen. You should be organized, data-driven, and comfortable with Microsoft Excel. You'll need to be autonomous and reactive to business demands, flexible, and agile. A team worker with great communication skills is a must. An interest in beauty would be appreciated.
