**Job Summary**

Direction Opérationnelle Ouvrages Fonctionnels Réhabilités is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of rehabilitation projects across the Île-de-France region.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Lead and manage a team of Conducteurs de Travaux, providing guidance and support to ensure project success
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure effective communication and project progress
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budget and financial targets
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring the delivery of high-quality results

**Requirements:**

  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or project management
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction or rehabilitation industry
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks
