**Production Director Wanted for Agro-Food Industry**

Job Summary:
Le CabRH, a leading recruitment and direct approach agency, is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Production Director to join our client's team. Our client is a specialized food processing and packaging company looking for a seasoned professional to lead their production site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pilot the production site and ensure its performance meets the company's objectives.
- Contribute to the development of production policies and improve products and processes.
- Supervise all production-related projects and propose investment choices in line with the company's global strategy and budget.
- Pilot production activities, ensuring quality and meeting production plans, stock availability, and equipment maintenance.
- Oversee the maintenance of industrial tools and infrastructure.
- Monitor production budgets, performance indicators, and provide regular reports to the management team.
- Be the primary point of contact for external service providers and government agencies.
Management and Leadership:
- Plan resource allocation (human, material, and economic) for the production site.
- Ensure the safety of people and assets on the site.
- Inform, motivate, and coordinate the production team.
Site Responsibility:
- Member of the CODIR (Committee of Directors).
- Ensure the smooth operation of the site and maintain a functional and pleasant work environment.
Requirements:
- Engineering degree or equivalent.
- 5-10 years of experience in a similar role or as a production manager, preferably in the agro-food industry or similar sectors.
- Strong strategic vision and sense of responsibility.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
