Job Description:

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer - Data Platform to join our team. As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for creating, presenting, and selling data platform solutions or modernizing data environments for our clients on Google Cloud Platform. Your main tasks will include:

  • Identifying and seizing commercial opportunities, in collaboration with account teams.
  • Qualifying opportunities, preparing technical and commercial responses.
  • Working closely with our partner Google to define the best technical and commercial solution for a given client context.
  • Presenting and defending commercial proposals.
  • Determining client objections and developing a strategy to conclude the sale.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5 years of experience as a Sales/Pre-sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Consultant in technical infrastructure/data.
  • 3 years of experience in the public cloud domain (GCP knowledge is a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen, analyze, and synthesize.
  • Ability to present a solution and structure a approach, both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to convince and influence technical and functional stakeholders to embark on a end-to-end vision.
