We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Supervisor to join our team at SBM Offshore. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective and safe maintenance of our offshore facilities.

1. Leadership and Supervision
   • Establish effective relationships with colleagues and subordinates.
   • Plan and control the use of resources effectively.
   • Use communication skills to show leadership and ensure clear understanding of tasks and responsibilities.
2. Maintenance and Repair
   • Identify potential sources of hazard prior to dismantling.
   • Use correct procedures and methods for dismantling, repairing, and reassembling mechanical equipment.
   • Ensure all maintenance is completed and recorded accurately and clearly.
3. Condition Monitoring and Fault Diagnosis
   • Obtain and check equipment datum points for condition monitoring purposes.
   • Set up and use condition monitoring equipment correctly.
   • Diagnose faults in mechanical equipment and take appropriate actions.
4. Pollution Control and Health and Safety
   • Ensure controlled discharges from the area of responsibility to the environment are within prescribed limits.
   • Identify and halt unplanned discharges where possible, and report them immediately.
   • Contribute to the health and safety of the working environment by maintaining a clean and hazard-free work area.
