As a vital member of our team, you will engage in administrative functions that pertain to the oversight of member accounts and the diverse support services we provide to our members.
Your primary responsibilities will encompass:
- Maintaining administrative oversight of accounts while ensuring transaction accuracy
- Collaborating with the Economic Relations Officer to assess risks and manage collection cases
- Tracking commitments made by members, including follow-ups, payment methods, and guarantees
- Overseeing various payment options (such as drafts, bank transfers, and guarantees) and managing guarantees (including warrants and assignments of claims)
- Monitoring loans provided by the Cooperative or financial institutions and performing monthly reconciliations with the accounting team
- Offering recommendations for the continuous enhancement of our services
