Electronics Manufacturing Supervisor

Job Description

Safran Electronics & Defense, a leading international group in the aerospace, defense, and space markets, is seeking a skilled professional to join its team as a Moniteur-trice de l'atelier finition.

Under the supervision of the Superviseur Finition, the successful candidate will be responsible for animating a team of operators who work on high-value-added products for the aerospace or defense industries.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

• Organizing the workload distribution among the operators, in accordance with the defined planning.
• Ensuring the respect of Safety, Security, and Environmental (SSE) and Quality rules within the designated area.
• Leading team-level meetings and promoting a collaborative work environment.
• Reporting to the Superviseur de l'atelier on key issues and concerns.
• Providing guidance and training to operators to enhance their skills and performance.
• Fostering collaboration with product, maintenance, and process teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics manufacturing, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
