Job Title: Chargé de Recrutement

beBee Professionals is seeking a skilled Chargé de Recrutement to join our team in Nîmes, France. As a Chargé de Recrutement, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from defining needs to integrating new team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze recruitment needs in collaboration with team leaders.
  • Write and publish job postings on relevant platforms.
  • Pre-screen candidates, conduct interviews, and evaluate applicants.
  • Ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly and maintain relationships with candidates.
  • Participate in the integration of new hires and ensure their successful onboarding.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a recruitment agency or company.
  • Ability to identify talent and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and professional social networks.
  • Organizational skills, autonomy, and confidentiality.
