Maintenance Technician

Position Overview:

The role involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at ensuring optimal operational efficiency:

  • Executing corrective, preventive, and enhancement maintenance tasks across various operational areas, including bottling facilities, flavoring processes, utilities, and infrastructure.
  • Ensuring the seamless operation of production equipment and utilities: engaging in corrective and preventive maintenance activities, adhering to the maintenance schedule, addressing emergencies, monitoring systems, and responding to malfunctions as needed.
  • Utilizing the Mainta Apave CMMS tool for effective activity management.
  • Contributing to the adoption of new technologies and tools, following established procedures and guidelines, and acquiring necessary skills for new installations.
  • Implementing QSE and ISO 22000 management systems, complying with Q.S.E., ISO 22000, and hygiene standards, and participating in the development of procedures while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Engaging in new projects and investments, including multitechnological project studies in bottling and agri-food processing sectors.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrotechnics, M.E.I., or M.A.I., and possesses prior experience in industrial maintenance. Proficiency in electrical systems, including the ability to interpret schematics, configure speed variators for electric motors, and familiarity with Profibus and Asi communication networks is essential.

Experience with Siemens programming using TIA PORTAL is required. A background in mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems is necessary for independent task execution.

The candidate should be detail-oriented, methodical, self-sufficient, and adaptable. A proactive attitude and a desire for new challenges are essential. Become a part of the URVIKA experience.
