About the Role

As a Legal Apprentice in Social Law, you will play a vital role within our Human Resources Department. Your responsibilities will encompass:

• Conducting monthly legal reviews of social law regulations.
• Providing legal research and advice on various HR matters.
• Supporting the management of disciplinary, pre-litigation, and litigation cases.
• Preparing meetings for employee representative bodies.
• Drafting company agreements and action plans, ensuring their submission.
• Evaluating the social impact of organizational decisions.
• Contributing to a harmonious work environment through social initiatives.
• Participating in individual relationship management within the organization.

Qualifications

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented student pursuing a Bac +4/5 degree in Social Law. You should possess strong analytical and synthesis skills, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Your autonomy and ability to adapt to diverse situations will be invaluable assets.
